Petitioner has filed this petition complaining therein that the order dated 10.9.2009 passed the writ court has not been complied with by the opposite parties.
Standing Counsel states that in compliance of the order dated 10.9.2009, the petitioner has been allowed to work as AganBari Karyakarti at Aganbari Centre, Biswa Dehat-02 vide order dated 24.10.2011 and as such the instant contempt petition has become infructuous.
Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid fact.
Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous and the notice is discharged. The order dated 24.10.2011 passed by the Bal Vikas Pariyojna Adhikari, Biswan Sitapur is taken on record.
