This is an application filed by the respondent no.3, who is the father of the petitioner no.1. Counsel for the respondent no.3 contends that in view of the order dated 13.05.2011passed by the Court the police is not registering any FIR or complaint and not taking any action in this regard.
By our order dated 13.05.201 we have only observed that in case no FIR has been lodged against the petitioner, no coercive action shall be taken by the police authorities.
In our order dated 13.05.2011 there is no restraint in taking any action in accordance with the procedure prescribed in Criminal Procedure Code. It shall be open for police authorities to entertain any complaint or a First Information Report.
Learned counsel for the respondent no.3 prays for and is allowed four weeks' time to file counter affidavit.
