Sentence of six months RI imposed upon husband Tilak Ram by Additional District & Sessions Judge/ Special Judge SC/ST Act, Meerut, in Criminal Appeal No.43 of 2009 Tilak Ram Vs. State, does not require any interference by this Court as lower appellate court in clemency full attitude has already reduced sentence imposed by the Magistrate to 25%. Magistrate has sentenced the revisionists under Section 498-A I.P.C. for two years RI, which has been reduced to six months RI. No further reduction, therefore, is possible.
This revision being bereft of merits, is dismissed.
