Due to non attendance of the proceeding of the Court, a Non Bailable Warrant has been issued against the petitioner, whereas basically he was enlarged on bail.
Therefore, without interfering in the proceeding of the Court below, I hereby disposed of the petition finally by providing that if the petitioner appears before the Court below within 15 days from today along with application for cancellation of warrant, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the Courts below.
For 15 days no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
