Learned counsel for the applicant contended that the correct case crime number of this case is 800 of 2010, however, in the prayer clause, it has wrongly been shown as 80 of 2010, that is why pendency of the bail application of co accused has not been shown in the computer list. Two bail application nos. 11361 of 2011 and 12315 of 2011 are pending.
Learned AGA and learned counsel for the complainant pray for and are granted three weeks' time to file counter affidavit.
