Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The petitioner has already approached the Chancellor, under Section 23 of the U.P. Krishi Evam Prodyogik Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1958 (in short the Act).
Since the matter is already pending with the Chancellor, there appears no good ground to interfere with the controversy in question.
Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition directing the competent authority to consider and decide the petitioner's claim under Section 23 of the Act expeditiously, say within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Subject to above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
