Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
By this petition, petitioner has prayed for quashing the order dated 27/4/2011, by which the petitioner's fair price agreement has been cancelled. Petitioner has a statutory remedy of filing an appeal against the impugned order. Petitioner may avail his remedy of filing an appeal.
We, however, provide that in case the petitioner files an appeal within two weeks from today before the Commissioner along with the stay application, till the stay application is considered in the appeal no fresh allotment of the shop in question shall be made, if not already made.
With the aforesaid observation writ petition stands disposed of.
