Learned counsel for the petitioner states that there is no interim injunction in favour of the petitioner but in case if the appeal will be decided the petitioner will suffer irreparable loss.
In view of the above, the proceeding in Civil Appeal No. 95 of 2008, Jaswant Singh Vs. Rajveer Singh, pending in the court of Additional District Judge, Court No. 7, Mathura shall remain stayed till the next date of listing.
