Writ petition is completely silent on the score as to what is the outcome of the proceeding initiated by Tehsildar Ghoshi, District Mau pursuant to show cause notice dated 30.10.2010 issued against Smt.Shusheela Devi.
Confronted with this situation, counsel for the petitioner requests that reasonable time be accorded to him enabling him to file supplementary affidavit, in order to apprise the Court with the outcome of the proceeding in question.
Request made is accepted. Ten days' time is accorded for this purpose.
