Revisionist Snehlata is not the registered owner of the tractor in question and, therefore, she is not entitled for its release.
In view of the above, there is no error of fact or that of law in impugned order dated 2.2.2011 passed by Special Judge DAA Etawah, in Special Case No.93 of 2009 Snehlata Vs. Gyan Singh others, under Sections 395, 397 I.P.C. Police Station Civil Lines, District Etawah. This revision is dismissed.
