Learned counsel for the applicant contended that the applicant was challaned under section 304 -B IPC along with other sections. In the third line of the last paragraph of the order dated 11.5.2011, section 304 has wrongly been transcribed in place of 304-B.
It is accordingly incorporated.
The correction application is disposed of.
