The petitioners have challenged the order dated 25th of April, 2011, passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Pratapgarh, whereby the charges have been framed against the petitioners for trial of offences under Sections 147, 148, 149/307 IPC.
At this stage he claims violation of Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, whereas I am of the view that this was the stage before the learned Magistrate, which has been crossed over. Now the case has been committed for trial to the Sessions court, which has framed the charges, therefore, I am of the view that the petition is misconceived and the same is dismissed.
