Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that gram sabha land has been illegally encroached upon by some persons.
With regard to her grievance, the petitioner has made a representation to the District Magistrate, Gonda, which is pending.
Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the District Magistrate, Gonda to look into the matter and take a decision on the petitioner's representation by passing a speaking and reasoned order expeditiously, say within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner.
