Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the electricity was disconnected in the year 1991 but even then the opposite parties are sending bill to the petitioner.
Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to represent his cause before opposite party no. 3, who shall look into the matter and take a decision by passing a speaking and reasoned order expeditiously, say within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Till two months or till the disposal of representation, which ever is earlier, status quo as it exists today shall be maintained by the parties.
Subject to above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
