As requested by learned standing counsel, time is accorded in order to enable him to obtain necessary instruction on the facet as to what is legal impediment in providing 9% promotion on the post of Naib Tehsildar from amongst substantively appointed Registrar Kannongo, as is provided under Rule 7 (2) (b) of the relevant Sewa Niyamawali, and as to when last exercise was undertaken for fulfilling the quota of Registrar Kanoongo.
