Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus directing the respondents no. 2 and 3 to ensure that nobody interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the disputed land during the pendency of revision no. 1778 of 2008-2009.
The petitioner has already filed a revision before the Board of Revenue in which an order for status-quo was passed on 31st March, 2008. The revision is said to be pending. The revision being pending before the Board of Revenue, it is for the petitioner to obtain such order in the pending revision.
The writ petition, for the aforesaid relief, cannot be entertained.
The writ petition is dismissed.
