Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Against the impugned notice, the petitioner had already made objection which is pending before the competent authority.
Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition directing the competent authority to decide the objection filed by the petitioner within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Till objection is decided or for three months, which ever is earlier, parties shall maintain status quo.
Subject to above, writ petition stands disposed of.
