Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The petitioner has made a complaint against the illegal selection of opposite party no. 4 before opposite party no. 2 alongwith the allegation and other supported documents.
Without entering into the merit of the case, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction to respondent no. 2 to decide the complaint expeditiously say within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
Subject to above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
