Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
This Court vide order dated 29.2.2008 has ordered for release of the salary of 11 teachers and thereafter another Writ Petition No. 63240 of 2010 was filed in which this Court passed an order dated 21.10.2010 directing the opposite parties to release the salary of 07 other teachers.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners names are included in those 18 persons but their salary is not being released for unknown reasons.
In these circumstances, the opposite parties are directed to consider the case of the petitioners for release of the salary in case the petitioners fall within 18 persons.
Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is grated four weeks time to file counter affidavit.
