The grievance of the petitioner is that the impugned order of suspension has been passed on unfounded ground. The petitioner was never posted in the District Hospital-Etawah rather he has been posted at outline hospital situated at Birari. Submission of learned counsel is that only officiating charge of the office has been given to him of District Hospital-Etawah, where it is not necessary to remain present always.
