Gupta, filed in the year 2008. The signature of Smt. Malti Agarwal in the revision and in the Vakalatnama of 2008 is entirely different to the signature of Smt. Malti Agarwal in the affidavit filed along with the present application.
Smt. Malti Agarwal is, therefore, directed to appear in person on 11.5.2011.
