The contention of the petitioners is that in a suit being suit no. 3 of 1998, Bhanta Vs. Ram Ashray the petitioners moved an impleadment application being a bonafide purchasers. The said application has been rejected and the revision filed against the said order has also been dismissed. The contention of the petitioners is that in case if the suit will be decided in favour of the plaintiffs their rights will be substantially affected. Therefore, they should be impleaded as a party.
Issue notice to all the respondents returnable at an early date. The petitioner may take steps to serve the respondents within a week.
