Until further orders of the Court, the operation of impugned judgment and order dated 16.4.2010, passed by M.A.C.T./Additional District Judge, Court No.5, Varanasi in M.A.C.P. No.43 of 2009 shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits 2/3rd of the amount awarded by the impugned order within two months from today. The amount deposited here may be remitted to Court below for adjustment.
The Court below will invest the amount in any Nationalised Bank and permit the claimants (award holders) to withdraw the amount without any security in the same proportion as has been directed by the impugned award. The fixed deposit may be renewed from time to time.
