From the record of the present petition, it is apparently clear that in writ petition no.37028 of 2005 an order has been passed by this Court on 5.5.2005 directing the authorities concerned to hold fresh selection for the post of Sisksha Mitra. Against this order, the petitioner filed a review application which is pending.
In view of the order of the court dated 5.5.2005, the appointment of the petitioner was cancelled by the District Magistrate on 31.8.05, which was communicated to the petitioner under the letter of the Basic Siksha Adhikari dated 1.9.2005. It is against this order that the present petition has been filed, wherein no interim order has been granted.Fresh selections must have taken place by now. More than five academic sessions have elapsed. No relief at this later point of time can be granted.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
