Heard Sri B.R. Yadav learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. and perused the entire record.
Perusal of record indicates that for cogent and sufficient reasons, the prayer for discharge of petitioner has been rightly refused by Magistrate in Case No.6996 of 2009 under Sections 323, 504, 352, 452, 392, 342 I.P.C. Police Station Kotwali, District Jaunpur, on 22.7.2010 and confirmed by lower revisional court vide order dated 24.2.2011.
This writ petition being bereft of merit, is dismissed.
