Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA.
It is not disputed that the co-accused Raju has been granted bail vide order dated 31.01.2011 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.2622 of 2011. It has been submitted that the role of the accused applicant is also similar to that of co-accused Rahy. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case the accused applicant also deserves bail.
Let applicant Kunwar Pal involved in case crime no.84 of 2010 under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S. Chhattri, District BJulandshahr be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
