Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA.
It is not disputed that the co-accused Laxmikant Dwivedi has been granted bail vide order dated 19.10.2010 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.26789 of 2010. It has been submitted that the role of the accused applicant is also similar to that of co-accused Laxmikant Dwivedi. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case the accused applicant also deserves bail.
Let applicant Lavkush Singh involved in case crime no.537 of 2010 under Sections 363/376/506 IPC and Section 3(1) 12 of SC & ST Act, P.S. Naubasta, District Kanpur Nagar be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
