This application has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 28.1.2011 passed by Sessions Judge, Baghpat in S.T. No. 534 of 2010 whereby the discharge application has been rejected.
From the perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the impugned order is well reasoned and require no interference. Therefore, the prayer for quashing the charge sheets is refused.
However, it is directed that in case the applicant moves discharge application at appropriate stage or raise objection at the time of framing charges, the same shall be heard and disposed of in accordance with law.
With this direction this application is finally disposed of.
