Till further orders of this Court, the operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 23.11.2007, passed by Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.9, Ballia in O.S. No.97 of 1997 shall remain stayed provided the appellants deposit the entire money within a period of two months from today. The plaintiff decree holder will be entitled to lift half of the deposited amount after furnishing security (other than cash or Bank Guarantee) and remaining half amount will be kept in a fixed deposit in any Nationalised Bank and will be renewed from time to time.
