Until further orders of this Court, the operation of the impugned award dated 3.8.2010 passed by MACT/ District Judge, Kushinagar in MACP No. 122 of 2005 shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits 2/3 proportionate of the amount awarded by the impugned order within two months from today. The amount deposited here may be remitted to the court below for adjustment.
The claimants (award holders) will be entitled to lift the amount without any security.
