As prayed, list on 31.3.2011 before the appropriate Bench along with the the connected Criminal Misc. Application under Section 482 No.16139 of 2010 . On that date, applicant No.1-Rohit Sarawagi and opp. party No.2-Smt. Manali Sarawagi shall be present in person and shall file a joint affidavit in support of their compromise.
Interim order, if any, shall continue till the date fixed.
