Against the order of attachment under Sections 82 and 83 Cr.P.C. when attachment has already been given effect to, there is no reason to entertain this petition in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and the prayer to issue a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 24.11.2010 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, court no.5, Ghaziabad. This writ petition is dismissed.
