Learned AGA informed that in the present bail application section was converted into 306 IPC and even the bail application was rejected by the court below. The case is covered under minor bail.
The present case has wrongly been listed as major bail because in the prayer clause section 302 has been mentioned. Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to correct the section of the prayer of bail application.
