By this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for quashing the First Information Report dated 15.4.2011 in Case Crime No. 28 of 2011 under Sections 387, 420, 504, 147, IPC Police Station Mohammadpur Painsa, District Kaushambi.
It is alleged in the first information report that the petitioners asked for money from the complainant in lieu of providing chits to his daughter in the alleged examination of High School.
Prima facie, we find that the matter requires consideration by the Court.
Until further orders or until submission of the charge sheet, petitioners' arrest in Case Crime No. 28 of 2011 under Sections 387, 420, 504, 147, IPC Police Station Mohammadpur Painsa, District Kaushambi, shall remained stayed.
