The writ petition has been filed challenging the order by which it has been directed to hold the election of the Committee of Management of the institution namely Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru Inter College, Jaitpur, District Gorakhpur and the date of election has been scheduled as 19th of this month.
As interim measure, it is provided that the election may be held and the result may also be declared. However, the same shall not be given effect till the next date of listing.
