This writ petition has been filed against the order of suspension dated 9.5.2011 in contemplation of enquiry and during the period of suspension the petitioner is allowed subsistence allowance to be paid. Whatever the grievance of the petitioner is, the same is to be sorted out in the enquiry itself.
No interference is called for by this Court in exercise of the writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
