The applicant is in Jail since 2008.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, let the applicant Virendra Kumar be released on bail subject to furnishing two sureties of Rs.20,000/- each and a personal bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of CJM concerned in Case Crime No.1160/2008 under Section 3 (1) U.P. Gangsters & Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, PS Kadipur, District Sitapur.
