The applicant is in Jail since 17.4.2010. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the applicant Shashi Bhushan alias Munna be released on bail subject to furnishing of two sureties of Rs.20,000/- each and a personal bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of CJM concerned in Case Crime No.537/2010, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S. Mohanlalganj District Lucknow.
