Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, let the applicant Buddesh Kumar Nigam be released on bail subject to furnishing of two sureties of Rs.20,000/- each and a personal bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of CJM concerned in Case Crime No.458/2011 under Section 3/7 Essential Commodities Act, PS. Dhaurara District Lakhimpur Kheri.
