Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, let the applicant Kulvindar Singh be released on bail subject to furnishing of two sureties of Rs.20,000/- and a personal bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of CJM concerned in Case Crime No.1110 of 2010 under Section 379/411 IPC PS Mailani District Kheri.
