Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused record.
Keeping in view the nature of injury as well as the fact and circumstances of the case, let the applicant Gongu be released on bail subject to furnishing of two sureties of Rs.20,000/- each and a personal bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of CJM concerned in Case Crime No.1066/2010 under Section 307, 323, 504, 506 IPC PS Ghazipur, District Lucknow.
