The child kidnapped, has been recovered that too, not from the possession of the applicant.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, let the applicant Kailash Singh alias Doctor be released on bail subject to furnishing two sureties of Rs.50,000/- and a personal bond of like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in Case Crime No.215/2010, under Section 452, 328, 392, 364-A IPC and 2/3 U.P. Gangsters Act, P.S. Krishnanager, District Lucknow.
