Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused record.
Keeping in view the statement given by the prosecutrix Km. Nilam who is aged about 19 years, before the A.S.J./F.T.C.-III, Kheri to the effect that a false report was registered and she is residing with the applicant and nothing wrong was done to her by the applicant, let the applicant Sant Kumar be released on bail subject to furnishing two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each and a personal bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of CJM concerned in Case Crime No.901/2010 under Section 363, 366, 376 IPC PS Kotwali Sadar, District Lakhimpur Kheri.
