Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA.
Counter affidavit filed by the learned AGA is taken on record.
Submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that the prosecutrix eloped with the applicant on her own accord and she remained with him for about four months and thereafter she turned around and made allegations of rape against the applicant. His further submission is that the age of the prosecutrix is about 17 years which is marginal.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let applicant Rajan Singh alias Dharmendra Singh be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 1395 of 2010 under Sections 363/366/376 IPC and 3(2)(5) SC/ST Act of Police Station Lalganj District Rae Bareli on his furnishing an adequate personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
