Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in the cross case an interim order has already been passed. Therefore, the applicant needs to be dealt with accordingly.
Complainant's counsel and learned A.G.A. pray for and is granted four weeks time to file counter affidavit.
Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
List after six weeks along with connection Petition No. 29778 of 2010.
Till the next date of listing no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicants in case Crime No. 1170 of 2009 under sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 452 IPC P.S. Mungrabadshahpur District Jaunpur.
