Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA.
Counter affidavit filed today is taken on record.
Perused the order dated 13.5.2010 passed by the learned A.S.J., Rae Bareli and find no illegality in the same. The allegation has been made against the prosecutrix that she has given birth to a female child. No such prayer has been made in the application. The said fact which the petitioner wants to know by the cross examination can not come from the cross examination of the complainant.
The petition is dismissed.
