This appeal was dismissed for default on 30.3.2011. The appellant filed a restoration application to recall said order. The restoration application was also dismissed for default on 11.5.2011. The appellant has filed an application for recall of the orders dated 30.3.2011 and 11.5.2011.
The cause shown is sufficient. The orders dated 30.3.2011 and 11.5.2011 are recalled subject to payment of Rs.250/- as cost to the High Court Legal Services Committee. The cost may be paid within a week.
By the next date, the counsel for the appellant will file certificate/affidavit to show that the cost has been deposited.
