The only limited question involved in this writ petition is whether any hearing under Section 3C of the National Highways Act, 1956 was given before issuance of notification under Section 3D of the National Highway Act, 1956 or not. Therefore, we call upon the document before this Court in support of the contention. Respondent nos. 5 and 6 are directed to produce the record before the Court on the next date of listing to come to an appropriate conclusion.
