The contention of the petitioner is that despite the letter dated 10.8.2010 written by the Secretary, U.P. Government, the Director General, Medical & Health Services, U.P., Lucknow has not issued the appointment letter. The letter dated 10.8.2010 is very clear and a specific direction has been given for her appointment.
Learned Standing Counsel states that he has received instruction and the respondent may be allowed a month's time to issue the appointment letter, The Court is of the view that there is no reason for asking a month's time to issue the appointment letter. The respondent is allowed 10 days time to issue the appointment letter in pursuance of the letter dated 10.8.2010 and further explain the delay in issuing the appointment letter immediately on the receipt of the letter dated 10,8,2010 and the authority concerned may file personal affidavit in this regard.
