The contention of the petitioner is that she was working on the post of Aaganwadi Karyakatri since 2004 and without giving any opportunity the impugned order has been passed removing the petitioner from her post. In the impugned order it is mentioned that the petitioner has been given shown cause notice and no reply has been filed. In paragraph-11 of the writ petition, it is stated that the show cause notice has not been served upon the petitioner and the order is ex-parte.
Learned Standing Counsel is directed to seek instruction in the matter in respect of the averments made in paragraph-11 of the writ petition.
